After 16 months of left hip pain, multiple x-rays, prescription pain killers and physio, my condition was finally diagnosed (fozen hip) by my chiropractor. No internal or external rotation of my left hip and constant pain. She recommended Anthony and after a somewhat grueling session of pelvic release therapy I now have movement in my hip and exercises to continue with. I no longer need all of the pain killers I was taking and now have a path to recovery. I am confident that my frozen hip is no longer a "life sentence" and that with continued physio guided pilates, chiropractic treatment and deep tissue therapy with Anthony, I will fully recover.
